For the fourth time in the past five years, the Honda Passport has clinched the J.D. Power Canada ALG Residual Value Award. It has been acclaimed for having the highest residual value in the midsize SUV category with 2-row seating.

J.D. Power acknowledges the Passport as the midsize SUV with the most robust residual value in its segment, forecasting it will retain its worth better than any other in its class.

"We're obviously thrilled that the Honda Passport has been honoured by J.D. Power for its unparalleled residual value," states Steve Hui, Assistant Vice President of Honda Canada. "The J.D. Power 2024 Canada ALG Residual Value Awards are esteemed for singling out vehicles that preserve their value due to superior engineering, which includes quality, reliability, and safety – hallmarks of all Honda vehicles and a pledge we uphold with each new model year."

The J.D. Power Canada ALG Residual Value Awards are highly esteemed and widely trusted. They serve as the benchmark in the automotive industry for identifying vehicles that are expected to maintain the highest percentage of their manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) after three years.

This factor is crucial for car buyers to consider when evaluating the total cost of ownership and potential resale value of a vehicle, regardless of whether they plan to finance, lease, or buy outright with cash.
